More Humanitarian Initiatives in Brazil

Disciples of the Karkariya Sufi order continue to multiply their humanitarian and charitable initiatives throughout the world. The Karkaris of Brazil were able to carry out their second initiative of its kind after the charitable initiative carried out at Ubirajara in the State of Sao Paulo.

In fact, the disciples of the Zawiya Karkariya led by Thomaz Almeida, the representative of the Karkariya, which headquarters are in El Aroui, in the north of Morocco, undertook two humanitarian initiatives for the benefit of two Brazilian associations in Limeira, Brazil's plated jewelry capital.

The disciples of Shaykh Sidi Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari QS visited the association "Associação Beneficiente de Amparo ao Idoso - Cantinho do Vovô" and distributed medical supplies to the elderly, whom are being taken care of over there. The second donation went to the orphanage “Casa das Crianças Santa Terezinh”, where packages of therapeutic milk were distributed.

Both actions were a great success and the two associations insisted on sending Shaykh Sidi Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari QS their letters of gratitude. Through these letters, the two Brazilian associations wanted to thank the Shaykh of the Zawiyah Karkariya for his care for the needy wherever they might be and the education of his disciples on respecting and fostering the spirit of mutual help and love of their neighbors regardless of their race or their faith.

Let us note in passing, that these actions undertaken domestically in Morocco and internationally around the world by the karkariya disciples are important foundations in the spiritual path of the disciples, which ultimate objective is to attain divine knowledge through direct visionary experience of the light of Allah SWT and love as well as elevation of His creation.
