Humanitarian Initiative in the Philippines

During this Covid-19 pandemic, we followed with interest the charitable activities of the Zawiyah Karkariya around the world. Through these beautiful initiatives, we could clearly recognize the universal and spiritual values that Sheikh Mohamed Faouzi Karkari QS transmitted to his disciples, which have as effect the revival of the Karkari disciple, making him a positively active person in his entourage and his environment.

Thus, after the last humanitarian initiatives of the Karkariya disciples, that we reported in our previous posts, the Filipino Karkaris have shined again by carrying out two humanitarian operations.

Indeed, after their action carried out in the region of Kakal, a small town belonging to the province of Maguindanao, a short time ago, the Filipino Karkaris carried out two other humanitarian operations which made the joy of their beneficiaries.

The first action was the donation of a marsh buffalo (a carabao) to the inhabitants of a village; a gift of inestimable value since this domestic animal is known for its formidable capacity to resist the effort of agricultural work, in particular the cultivation of rice.

The second action was to facilitate the marriage of a villager; whose wedding was also an opportunity for the locals to express their thanks and gratitude to the Filipino karkaris. In addition, the beneficiaries wished to express their gratitude through a letter of thanks addressed to Sheikh Sidi Mohamed Faouzi Karkari QS and in which they recognized the importance of his spiritual education based on Islamic values such as Muslim fraternity and mutual aid.
